Billing and Insurance
I do not offer direct billing. I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Many extended health benefits cover services rendered by a Registered Psychotherapist. Please check with your insurance provider.
Payment Methods
I accept Visa, Mastercard, and Interac/Debit.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours or "No Shows" are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the session rate. As we are all human, exceptions for illness and other unforeseen circumstances will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that Anna Cantalini Psychotherapy is not a crisis center.
I do not offer crisis counselling or intervention.
