Flexible Ways for Women and Teens (16+) to Access Trauma-Sensitive Care

  • Format: Phone or Secure Video | Length: 20 minutes | Cost: Free

  • Finding the right fit in therapy is essential to feeling safe, supported, and understood. This brief, low-pressure conversation gives us a chance to connect, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore how my knowledge, experience, and training align with your needs and goals. It is a great chance to ask questions, learn about session logistics, and decide whether working together is the right fit—with zero obligation.

  • Format: In-Person (Sarnia Office) | Length: 60 Minutes
  • Tailored, one-on-one therapy for adult women. Each session offers a full, spacious 60 minutes grounded in evidence-based frameworks. Together, we create an unhurried, confidential space to process complex emotions, build nervous system regulation, and unhook from societal pressures at a pace that honours your capacity and agency.
  • Format: Secure Online Video (Across Ontario) | Length: 60 Minutes
  • Accessible care delivered from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Delivered via a secure, PIPEDA-compliant video platform, these full 60-minute virtual sessions offer the same depth, clinical rigour, and relational warmth as in-person therapy. Designed for busy schedules, caregiving demands, mobility needs, or clients residing anywhere in Ontario seeking trauma-sensitive, empowering therapy without the commute.

Format: In-Person or Secure Video | Length: 90 Minutes

An extended 90-minute session designed for clients seeking deeper therapeutic focus without feeling constrained by time. Extended sessions are particularly beneficial for initial comprehensive assessments, processing complex trauma or grief, or working through acute life transitions where standard session lengths feel rushed. This spacious format allows dedicated time to ground, process, and integrate before transitioning back into your day.

  • Format: Outdoor (Local Sarnia Trails / Parks) | Length: 60 Minutes
  • An alternative to traditional office-based sessions, Walk & Talk Therapy integrates gentle movement, fresh air, and nature into a full 60-minute session. Walking side by side naturally takes the pressure off, making hard conversations easier to navigate while helping your body release stored stress and mental fatigue. This format is ideal for women who process thoughts better while moving, feel stuck sitting in a traditional room, or simply want to connect with their emotions in a calming outdoor environment.
    • (Offered seasonally in Sarnia, weather permitting, and established during initial planning.)
